We use Australia Post within Australia. This usually takes between 3 – 7 days depending on the area you are in.
International orders are posted via international airmail. This usually takes between 7-14 days (although in unusual circumstances it has taken longer). Please contact us if your order is taking longer than 14 days.
When an item is out of stock, Brisbears will advise you the approximate delivery time. If you are not happy to accept the delivery time Brisbears will refund your credit card with the cost of that item and cancel the order.
All goods should reach you in perfect condition. If you receive any products that are damaged or faulty, we will happily organise an exchange for you.
You must return damaged or faulty goods within 14 days of receipt. A replacement will be dispatched to you (subject to availability) once we receive the faulty return. We reserve the final right to determine if a product is faulty.
Goods will not be exchanged or refunded for incorrect choice.
